❓ Do I need Tesseract installed?

Yes, Tesseract OCR is required for text extraction. Install with: sudo apt install tesseract-ocr. The module also supports Ghostscript or ImageMagick for PDF conversion.

❓ Can I use different templates for different suppliers?

Yes! Create a template per supplier with their specific invoice format, skip patterns, and column mapping. The system can auto-detect or you can force a specific template.

❓ How does product matching work?

The module matches by EAN13 first (100% confidence), then reference (98%), then supplier reference (95%), and finally by name similarity (70-95%). You can also manually match products during review.

❓ Can I update stock automatically?

Yes! After reviewing and approving the invoice, you can import stock with one click. Choose to add, replace, or subtract stock. You can also update wholesale prices from the invoice.

❓ What if the OCR doesn't extract lines correctly?

You can update the template's extraction rules and click "Re-process". The module has 4 fallback strategies that try different approaches to find line items in the text.
