OpenPresta releases regular updates. Our maintenance fee covers compatibility updates, security patches, new features, and premium support to keep your module working perfectly.
❓ What happens if I don't renew?
Your module continues to work. However, you won't receive updates, security patches, or premium support. If a new PrestaShop version breaks compatibility, you'll need to renew to get the update.
❓ Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes! You can cancel anytime from your account page. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
❓ How is the 20% calculated?
The annual maintenance fee is 20% of the product's original price. Example: €299.00 product → €59.80/year. This is fixed and doesn't change even if the product price increases.
❓ What payment methods do you accept?
